GramSe operates as an Agri-tech platform and may supply physical products, materials, or services either directly or through authorized partners. By placing an order or using GramSe services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description at the time of order confirmation. Due to the nature of agricultural products and services, certain items such as perishable goods, seeds, fertilizers, customized products, or digital services may not be eligible for return once delivered or activated, unless required under applicable law.
Return Process
Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported to GramSe within a reasonable period after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund. All return requests are subject to verification by GramSe or its authorized partners.
Return Conditions
Once a return request is approved, customers may be required to return the product in its original condition, packaging, and with all accompanying accessories or documentation. Products that show signs of use, tampering, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or refund. GramSe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking processes, and verification requirements. GramSe does not guarantee exact refund timelines and shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Replacements
In cases where replacement is deemed appropriate, GramSe may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and operational feasibility. Shipping or handling charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to GramSe.
Limitations
GramSe shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect usage, storage, or handling of products after delivery. Additionally, GramSe does not accept responsibility for dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond its control, including environmental conditions, farming practices, or market fluctuations.

GramSe reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Return and Refund Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of GramSe services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
