GramSe is an Agri-tech platform operating from its registered location at Tatisilwai Industrial Area, Khelgaon Road, Tatisilwai, Ranchi – 835103, Jharkhand, India. This policy applies to all physical products, materials, or items shipped by GramSe directly or through its authorized partners.
Order Processing
GramSe processes orders after successful confirmation and verification. Order processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, operational capacity, location of delivery, and external factors such as weather conditions, transportation availability, or regulatory restrictions. While we strive to process orders promptly, processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines depend on the delivery location, courier partner, and logistics network. Estimated delivery timelines, if provided, are only approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond GramSe's control. GramSe shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
Logistics Partners
GramSe may ship products using third-party logistics and courier service providers. Once an order is handed over to the shipping partner, tracking details may be shared with the customer where applicable. GramSe's responsibility for the shipment ends upon successful handover to the logistics partner, subject to applicable laws.
Delivery Address
Delivery addresses provided by customers must be accurate and complete. GramSe shall not be liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs due to incorrect address information may be borne by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or checkout. GramSe reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on location, order size, weight, or changes in logistics costs without prior notice.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to GramSe support. Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery, subject to GramSe's internal verification and partner policies.
Limitations
GramSe does not guarantee delivery timelines and does not assume responsibility for indirect losses, business losses, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or delivery failures.

GramSe reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use of GramSe services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
