These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GramSe platform, services, and content. By accessing, registering, or using GramSe, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
About GramSe
GramSe is an Indian Agri-tech platform that provides technology-driven tools and services for crop planning, farm tracking, agricultural insights, and market linkage facilitation. The Platform is intended to support farmers and rural entrepreneurs but does not guarantee agricultural output, income levels, market prices, or business success.
User Eligibility and Responsibilities
To use GramSe, you must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to GramSe is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
Market Linkage and Transactions
GramSe may facilitate connections between farmers, buyers, aggregators, or other market participants. However, unless explicitly stated, GramSe is not a party to any transaction between users. All agreements related to pricing, quantity, quality, delivery, payment, and compliance are entered into directly between the respective parties. GramSe does not assume responsibility for disputes, delays, defaults, or losses arising from such transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, design elements, and intellectual property, is owned by GramSe or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes related to agriculture. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers and Limitations
GramSe strives to ensure platform availability and accuracy but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of data and insights. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. GramSe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to crop loss, financial loss, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold GramSe harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Account Termination
GramSe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms, misuses the Platform, provides false information, or engages in conduct harmful to GramSe or other users.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to Terms
GramSe may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
